End User License Agreement (EULA) for remindoc

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which users may access and use the remindoc  application (“Application”). By installing or using the Application, users agree to be bound by these terms. Please read this Agreement carefully.

2. Program Acknowledgment

• Users acknowledge that remindoc may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.
• Users understand that the version is provided “as is” and without any warranties or guarantees.
• Users agree not to rely on the Application for critical or time-sensitive purposes.

3. Limitation of Liability

• The developers of remindoc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
• Users agree that the developers are not responsible for any damage to their devices or data resulting from the use of the application.

4. Data Privacy and Security

• remindoc handles sensitive medical data. Users’ privacy and data security are of utmost importance.
• Users’ data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
• The Application will collect and process data only for the purpose of providing its intended functionality.

5. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in Israel.
• Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration.

6. Acceptance

• By installing or using the Application, users accept and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
• If users do not agree with any part of this Agreement, they should not use the Application.

7. User Conduct

• Acceptable Use: Users agree to use the remindoc Application responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Reporting Violations: If users encounter any inappropriate behavior or suspect violations of this Agreement, they should promptly report it to the developers.

8. User Data Deletion

• Data Retention: Users’ data collected by remindoc will be retained only for the duration necessary to provide the intended functionality of the Application.
• User Control: Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data from the Application’s servers.
• Permanent Deletion: Upon receiving a valid data deletion request, we will permanently delete the user’s data from our systems.

9. User Consent for Data Processing

• Data Processing Consent: By using the remindoc Application, users explicitly consent to the processing of their personal data as described in this Agreement.
• Purpose: Users understand that their data will be processed solely for the purpose of providing the intended functionality of the Application.
• Withdrawal of Consent: Users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time.

10. User Data Security

• Data Encryption: Users’ data transmitted to and from the remindoc Application will be encrypted using industry-standard protocols (e.g., SSL/TLS).
• Server Security: We maintain robust security measures to protect user data stored on our servers.
• User Responsibility: Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and ensuring the security of their devices.

11. User Feedback and Improvements

• Feedback Welcome: We value user feedback to enhance the remindoc Application.
• Continuous Improvement: We are committed to improving the Application based on user input.
• User Contributions: Users may contribute ideas, feature requests, or bug reports.

12. Termination Rights

• User Termination: Users have the right to terminate their use of the remindoc Application at any time.
• Data Removal: Upon termination, users can request the permanent deletion of their data from our servers.
• Developer Termination: The developers reserve the right to terminate a user’s access to the Application if there is a violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws.

13. Dispute Resolution

• Negotiation and Mediation: In the event of any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation or mediation.
• Arbitration: If negotiation or mediation fails, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration.
• Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Israel.
